If you are seeking a quality entry level houseboat holiday home then you should look closely at Aquavin.

Firstly, most importantly Aquavin has a Rear Lounge with an upgraded Kitchen. Further, she has four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with bunks; sleeping 8 in beds. The internal walls are the light-coloured timber which has a bright fresh appearance.

The current owner has upgraded the kitchen with new stone benchtops, a large new electric fridge/freezer and a osmosis water filtration system. Plus, he has added the entertainment space with stone benchtops and two glass door bar fridges.

To enable all this to happen without fuss the solar electric system has had a total upgrade. This includes a new top of the range Victron Energy Inverter/Charger System, a Victron Energy Smart Solar Charge Controller and new house batteries (8 x 100amphr hybrid gel deep cycle batteries new in Dec 2022). Plus 4 x 300watt Solar panels have been added. This is excellent work and no more money to be spent here.

Further the owner has fully refreshed the twin 6-cylinder motors from the block up to all new gaskets; Carby’s rebuilt with new kits installed; new impellers and new motor start batteries.

Upstairs the deck is in very good condition and has quality outdoor furniture to relax on.

Importantly Aquavin was slipped in 2021 Oct and comes with a GMW CHIR from 2021.
