Covid19 has shaken up a lot of people, which has led them to just look at what is really important to them and their families. This has led to significant decisions to divert from the former pathway to spend quality time with your most precious ones, your family.

A great diversion is the houseboat holiday home on the waters of magical Lake Eildon called “Diversion”.

Diversion was built in 1999 by renowned quality houseboat builder, Ian Kemp Marine. Diversion was actually wider than most houseboats on the Lake, at that time. Diversion has been with the one family for 20 years and now it is time for them to divert their direction and to move on. This presents you a great opportunity.

Diversion underwent a major refurbishment and extension in 2016. No expense was spared.

Diversion is bright, open, modern and inviting.

The rear deck was extended along with a large hydraulic duckboard. Love water sports and fun in the water, this is where it all happens.

The rear of the first storey level was also extended to enlarge the Al Fresco area. Sit back, sip some bubbles watch the sunset dance on the water.

The top deck is all new. Take in the Sun and laze on the front sun beds. Sit around and chat in the hub as you watch the milky wave appear at night. You can reach out and touch the stars.

Besides the new brilliant layout and décor, there are four bedrooms to sleep all the family; each with a magnificent view over the water. The Master includes a full ensuite.

The upgrades on Diversion included the latest Solar Electric Technology with a Selectronic SP Pro Series Inverter/Charger System; an Outback Solar Charge Controller, plus an ample supply of house batteries feed by 10 large solar panels. These are backed up by a Kohler 9kva generator.

With all this power, you can afford to run the R/C Air-Conditioners, electric fridges, laundry, the Satellite Tv and more.

Importantly, there is a Bow Thruster to aid manoeuvrability.

You have a new direction in life and Diversion is where you and your family will spend many quality times together on magical Lake Eildon.
