As a Broker, I have always been impressed by this houseboat as an excellent entry level houseboat since she underwent a major refurbishment in 2013.

This included using all the available space provided by a 16ft x 45ft houseboat to maximize space to provide three good bedrooms, a side kitchen and rear lounge within a layout that really works, making her an ideal entry level houseboat for a family.

The 2013 refurbishment included using Composite Aluminium External Cladding to provide a fresh and inviting appearance.

The current owners have taken this great presentation to another level. A Targa and Fibreglass Hardtop has been added. This provides a great all year round relaxation and entertainment space on the first storey level.

Further the kitchen has been upgraded with a new electric fridge/freezer, a new oven/grill/cooktop and a drinking water filter system.

Importantly, the Solar Electric System has been upgraded with a large Cotex 3000watt Inverter, a Enerdrive Battery Charger, an Outback Solar Charge Controller, new House Batteries, and new Solar Panels. These are backed up by a new Honda Generator. Plus, a new Bosch Hot Water Service has been installed and with all this a ESV Gas Compliance Plate for the Houseboat.

Domani was out of the water with pontoons and motor leg serviced in 2020. A GMW Compulsory Houseboat Inspection Report was issued at this time.

With all these recent improvements, I am still very impressed by Domani as an excellent entry level family holiday home on the water.
