The “Great Gatsby” tells a story of great fun times, in another era.

On the Gatsby of today you can write your own story and enjoy life, party, relax and have fun times in a special magical place, Lake Eildon.

Gatsby was just about completely rebuilt in 2017, with the works completed by The Houseboat Factory (ensuring a quality build and finish) making her a modern, fresh and inviting holiday home on the water.

Significantly, Gatsby is an 18 feet Full Width Houseboat; this means the Cabin is about the same size as on a 20 feet wide houseboat; you do not lose any living space internally on Gatsby.

Gatsby was reclad with Composite Aluminium Cladding; a new third Pontoon was added; a Bow Thruster and a GWTS were installed; this is only the start of all things new.

A completely new First Storey Targa and Hardtop with tinted glass sliding Windows and Door were built.

A feature, providing great atmosphere, is the Gas Log Fire and large TV screen.

Importantly, there is still a back deck to enjoy the Sun’s beautiful rays.

This provides a great all year-round relaxation and entertainment space.

Gatsby has three good sized bedrooms with walkaround beds. The Bathroom is all new with floor to ceiling tiles.

Gatsby has modern well-appointed kitchens, downstairs and upstairs; both have beautiful marble benchtops.

There is a spacious rear lounge which is serviced by a R/C Air-conditioner and Rinnai gas Heater.

A Hydraulic Duckboard was added as well.

The Solar Electric Technology was upgraded with new Outback Inverter, new quality Gel Batteries and new Solar Panels.

These are backed up by a new Westerbeke Generator.

The Auto-Satellite Tracker ensures you will not miss any of your favourite shows on the 4 TVs on Gatsby. She is Foxtel capable.

Walking onto Gatsby you think you are walking onto a new houseboat as everything is new.

Gatsby is bright, fresh, modern and with the high ceilings and large windows the magic scenery comes right into the houseboat.

Gatsby is ready for you to have fun times and make great memories on magical Lake Eildon.
