This is without a GMW Lake Eildon Houseboat Licence.
HCHS can facilitate the purchase of a GMW Lake Eildon Houseboat Licence separately if required.

This houseboat was built in the 1980’s and underwent a major refurbishment in 2012 when it was completely renovated and rewired.
The current configuration is rear lounge, internal stairs, side kitchen and two bedrooms to the front.
The electrics were upgraded in 2012 with a Outback Inverter & Cotex 1000watt Inverter, Outback Solar Controller, 7 x Solar Panels and 7 x 200amphr batteries.
The motor is a Mercruiser 470hp 4 cylinder with leg.
