JOT Jazzweld Orrvale Treasure
This Jazzweld Orrvale Treasure Trailerable Houseboat was the retirement project of a wonderful gentleman. It was his pride and joy with much love, dedication and knowledge put into its construction.
Very sadly this wonderful gentleman has passed from this world and is chasing the Murray Cod and Trout in the big fishing lake in the sky.
It’s time for the family to pass on their Dad’s Treasure so that someone else can enjoy many great times on her.
This gentleman loved Lake Eildon and the Murray River and living at Orrvale he would choose in which direction he would go fishing.
However, this trailerable houseboat would be just as much at home on a salt or brackish water inlet or lake with the aluminium construction and the new Mercury Outboard Motor.
The JOT is very well laid out internally as you would expect in a quality Caravan of this size.
There is a well appointed kitchen with oven, grill and cooktop and small electric fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a good sized shower with vanity and toilet. The toilet is connected to a black water tank which has all the attachments to enable it to be pumped out. A Bosch hot water service provides hot water for the shower as well as the kitchen.
The houseboat has 2 x 200amphr house batteries and 8 solar panels on the roof. Unfortunately, at the time of inspection, I was not able to open the compartments housing the inverter and battery charger.
The Mercury 30hp 4 stroke Motor is brand new replacing the former motor which had been damaged.
This JOT includes a GMW Lake Eildon Category 1 Houseboat License. However, you do not have to purchase this License as it can be sold separately.
The Jazzweld Orrvale Treasure is a very well presented package. The all aluminium construction helps minimize maintenance as well as making her suitable for salt and brackish water. Internally as you would expect in a quality caravan of this size she presents very well. Importantly, she sits on a quality well built trailer.
Time to go fishing on your favourite waterway or waterways!!!
