Further, Oasis was to take on the European Super Yacht look; a first for Lake Eildon.

A team of Architects, Interior Designers and Style Team worked with Status Luxury Houseboats to create this magnificent and stunning holiday home on the water.

The appearance grabs you, with the three curved levels blended together, the rounded polished fibreglass, the large tinted windows; the clean and fresh look; Oasis certainly makes an impression.

Then when you walk onboard you can see and feel the quality of the craftsmanship that went into building this magnificent holiday home, especially with the feature Cedar Buttoned Walls in the hallway and the French Oak styled Timber Floors.

At water level there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This includes the Master with the Full Ensuite and the Guest Bedroom with a full ensuite. All bathroom vanities have feature stone benchtops plus oversized showers with semi-frameless shower screens.

The lower rear lounge presents a great relaxation space with a full width Home Theatre with a large drop-down screen. This is serviced by a Feature Bar with Italian Style Stone Top and Splashback.

This area opens onto a spacious rear deck with the Seadeck flooring and a large 2m hydraulic duckboard. Of course, there are hydraulic side boat boards with jet ski holders.

The impressive glass walled apartment styled feature timber Staircase takes you to the heart of Oasis. The entire mid-level is all about luxury living, dining, and relaxing.

The front, sides and rear open up with glass sliding doors to embrace the views, the magnificence of Lake Eildon.

Imagine sitting up to dinner with these views or just relaxing on the couch as the breeze wafts through. Then there is the magnificent Al Fresco area to enjoy the sunshine and the breathtaking views.

The Kitchen is something else and features a 6m stone island benchtop. Plus, there are all the top quality appliances you would expect in a luxury New York Apartment. If you have to prepare dinner it would be difficult to think of a better place.

Relax in the front Lounge and just read a book or you can drop down the TV to watch your favourite show from just about anywhere in the world. In the cooler months snuggle up and enjoy the ambience of the gas log fire.

As you would expect Oasis has the latest in Technology to ensure you can enjoy the comforts as if you were in the New York Apartment. Firstly, there is the Control 4 Automation System for all functions for local and remote access providing WiFi throughout connected to Starlink. Each room has its own individual controls for everything; tap the control pad then tap the symbols; the lights come on; the blinds come up; the air-conditioning comes on and more; it is amazing; even I have learnt how to make it work.

Then there is the Solar Electrics with the top of the range technology. The original Gel Batteries have been replaced with the latest Lithium Battery Banks. Then there is 17.5kva Onan Diesel Generator that seamlessly backs up the system. All enjoyment and no stress.

Oasis was out of the water in 2023 with the pontoons serviced. The motor legs were also serviced at this time. HCHS has photos on file of under the houseboat whilst she was on the stands. A new GMW Compulsory Houseboat Inspection Report has been issued.

All this means you walk onboard and start enjoying the magic with minimal maintenance costs for around 5 years.

Lake Eildon is currently close to full capacity or equivalent to 6 Sydney Harbours with 520km of shoreline. There are only 720 houseboat licenses, which means only 720 houseboats can call this their backyard.
