Every cloud has a silver lining, especially at Lake Eildon.

When the clouds quickly disappear at night and the chandelier of stars of the Milky Wave unfold, you are left in awe and amazement of the sheer beauty and magic of the night sky.

You feel as though you can reach out and touch the stars.

After a long and maybe stressful week in Melbourne, you think about your houseboat holiday home, Quicksilver, and your mindset quickly changes to the beauty and magic of your happy place.

Originally built in 1999, Quicksilver was refurbished in 2013 when the all weather full hardtop was added (Houseboat Factory Raaymakers). She has just enjoyed more upkeep with the pontoons serviced and all the external decks re-painted.

The big ticket maintenance items are under control.

Importantly for a family, Quicksilver has 3 / 4 Bedrooms and a well presented, good sized Bathroom.

The Kitchen with a has a good modern open feel about it. Importantly there is a new Samsung electric Fridge/Freezer.

The large windows let the magnificent scenery into the spacious rear lounge; sit back and relax on the beautiful couches or head out the back for a paddle/swim off the hydraulic duckboard.

Internal stairs take you to a feature of this holiday home. Under the full hardtop with a full set of clear & fly screens, no matter what time of the year or what the weather is doing you will enjoy dining after being the expert cook on the BBQ.

You can relax on the beautiful couches and watch your favourite shows with uninterrupted viewing from the auto-satellite tracker. Or just sit back and take in the chandelier of stars at night.

The big money has been spent on the Solar Electrics on Quicksilver.

There is an Outback Inverter, Outback Flexmac Solar Charge Controller, 880amphrs of House Batteries and abundant Solar Panels. These are backed up with a Quicksilver 7.5kva Marine Generator.

Quicksilver ticks many boxes as a great family holiday home on the water and with what she has to offer, she is very well priced.

Put Quicksilver on your list to inspect; once on board, I am sure you will see the value and be impressed.
