Lake Eildon is such a fantastic place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life; to recharge the batteries with some quality Rest & Relaxation. This family have been visiting Lake Eildon for decades; their family has grown up enjoying so many great times together on R&R.

R&R may have been originally built in the 1970’s however with the recent refurbishment she is fresh, vibrant and ready for you to walk on and enjoy.

There are many important positives features on R&R.

The extensive refurbishment in 2022 was done by quality professional houseboat builders, Edwards Built; you know the work was done right.

This work entailed a new sub-structure for the houseboat which included a new centre pontoon. Further, new external cladding using composite aluminium and with the decks sanded and painted.

A great upgrade, the rear deck was extended by 5 feet and a new hydraulic duckboard was installed with matching side boat boards.

Internally there is a new ceiling and new flooring. The windows have been tinted. R&R is fresh, bright, and inviting.

Importantly for a family holiday home on the water, there needs to be good bedrooms and a relaxation space for each generation.

At water level, there is a spacious front lounge with a new Smart TV, a dining setting adjacent to the new side kitchen. Bedrooms for the youngsters are on this level serviced by the Bathroom. The Toilet is separate, which many see as a positive.

The extended rear deck and new hydraulic duckboard is really a big positive which has added greatly to the experience. The new Sun Awning completes the picture on a sunny afternoon.

The internal stairs take you to the space for the other generation to enjoy their R&R.

Master Bedroom with a queen walkaround front view Bed. A parent’s retreat on the front sun deck; the quieter lounge opening onto the rear deck to watch your TV or just take in a magnificent sunset whilst sipping on your favourite bubbles.

The Solar Electrics have been upgraded with a new 1500watt Inverter, a new Solar Charge Controller, and new House Batteries. Whilst out of the water, the Motor was serviced with a new leg fitted.

This all adds up to presenting a great family holiday home that is vibrant, fresh and inviting with all the big ticket maintenance items taken care of.

R&R has a great layout for all the family to enjoy, especially with the extensions and upgrades. It is time for you to escape the hustles and bustle and enjoying many great times on R&R.
