The name Santorini comes from an Island in the Aegean Sea, just to the south of Greece. Santorini is renowned for its tourism, wine industry and a great climate ensuring great times for its visitors.

Santorini the houseboat ensures your family can enjoy many great times and maybe drink a little wine as you enjoy the magic of Lake Eildon.

Santorini was built in the early 1080’s and has undergone a number of refurbishments to ensure she meets the expectations of today.

Importantly, for a family Santorini has great accommodation with 4 bedrooms; 2 masters with queen beds, a double walkaround bed and a bunk room for the kids.

Two bathrooms service the four bedrooms.

Plus, on the first storey level between the bedrooms there is a relaxing entertainment lounge to sit back and watch TV.

Santorini has front dining, side kitchen and rear lounge opening onto the rear deck with hydraulic duckboard.

The rear deck has its own fully electric drinks fridge.

For someone who loves cooking the kitchen will meet expectations with plenty of bench space, large pantry and excellent appliances.

On a balmy summer’s night, the top deck is the place to be to watch the sunset ripples dance on the water or to be entrapped as the moon rises over the mountains.

To enable your family to enjoy all this the Solar Electrics have been upgraded with a quality Victron Energy 3000watt Inverter/Charger System; 2 Victron Energy Smart Solar Charge Controllers; good quality house batteries and fed by 4 large solar panels.

These are backed up by an Onan Marine Generator.

Getting to where you want to on the Lake is not an issue with the Mercruiser 330hp V8 motor.

Santorini has just been out of the water with the pontoons serviced and a new GMW Compulsory Houseboat Inspection report issued. The big maintenance costs are all under control for the next 5 years.

Santorini ticks many boxes to ensure your family can enjoy many great times together and maybe sip a little wine as you embrace the magic of Lake Eildon.
