It’s time for a journey for Shema, as it is time to find a new family to love her on a new waterway.

Shema is to be sold by relocating off Lake Eildon as the owner will be using the GMW Lake Eildon Houseboat Licence for another new Houseboat.

Shema is currently out of the water and all the important maintenance work has been undertaken.
In fact, Shema sparkles with the clean fresh appearance.

The pontoons have been serviced and painted and look to be in very good condition (photos available).
All the decks, the external cladding, and the eaves have been painted and appear to be A1 condition.
Under the cover box/table on the rear deck is a 90hp Evinrude Oceanpro Outboard Motor (recently serviced). Being an outboard motor, it will make it easier to be relocated to most other waterways.

There are height restrictions when transporting a houseboat on the roads. Shema should be able to be transported without having to remove any structure from the upper deck. She could be transported as she is. HCHS can put you in contact with a transport business that is very experienced in moving houseboats.
When she arrives at her new home a Sun Canopy could be fitted.

Shema will be ideal for a family with open front lounge which encompasses the kitchen and three bedrooms which are serviced by a bathroom and separate internal toilet.

With all the important maintenance work having been done Shema is sparkling and is ready for the journey to a new waterway to provide great times for her next family.
