No matter what time of the year, the design and layout of Spirit enables you to relax and refresh oneself.

In the warmer months, open up the windows and let the breezes through. In the cooler months, have the heater on and behind the glass take in the serenity.

Spirit was professionally built by A. Savage Marine in 2002. She has been exceptionally well looked after and loved ever since then.

The pontoons, and motor were all serviced in April 2019. Whilst out of the water the hydraulic duckboard was serviced; a new black water tank was installed.

Spirit has the modern open plan with side island kitchen and spacious rear lounge opening onto the rear deck with hydraulic duckboard. Internal stairs led to the upstairs area which provides an all year round space to relax or entertain.

The Solar Electric Technology has been upgraded with Outback Inverter/Charger System; Outback Flexmac Solar Charge Controller and a new bank of house batteries which are fed by 12 solar panels. This is all backed up by a quality Kohler 8.5kva Generator.

Spirit really presents exceptionally well as a quality well maintained and very well loved houseboat holiday home on the water where you can escape all year round to rejuvenate and refresh yourself.
