Comedian Jimeoin starred in the Australian Comedy Movie, The Craic, which tells the trials, tribulations and exploits of a couple of Irish would be Settlers making their way around Australia discovering relaxing, serene and beautiful places and eventually disappearing into the sunset.

The owners named their houseboat “The Craic” as a place for fun times in a relaxing serene and beautiful place with magnificent Sunsets.

The Craic built in the 1980’s is a very well presented and loved houseboat in her section of the houseboat market.

She is bright and open with a large front lounge featuring an Esperance Wood Heater creating a great atmosphere. Importantly, the Solar Electrics have been upgraded enabling the new electric Fridge/Freezer.

With abundant Solar panels and a good supply of house batteries the generator is now only used as a backup.

Plus, The Craic is Gas Compliant with an ESV Gas Compliance Plate. A new Rinnai Infinity Hot Water Service has been installed.

The Craic has three bedrooms with the rear bedroom doubling as a rear lounge to sit back in and peacefully read a book whilst taking in the view.

The upstairs deck appears to be in very good condition and provides plenty of space to relax and enjoy the Sunshine.

The Craic is a well presented and maintained holiday home and would suit a family beginning the journey of experiencing the magic that is Lake Eildon.
