With a FULL Lake Eildon many families are looking forward to some “Time Out” experiencing the magic of Lake Eildon this season.

Lake Eildon and Houseboating are proving to be extremely popular in these post Covid19 times and there are not many good quality options available.

“Time Out” is a quality built and very well maintained houseboat holiday home and you would not expect her to last long in the current market.

Built in 1997 by renown professional houseboat builder, Ian Kemp Marine, with modern open plan with side kitchen and rear lounge opening onto the rear deck with hydraulic duckboard. Importantly, she has the light coloured cedar walls and the ceiling has the combination of plaster and light cedar. The new roller blinds complement this colour scheme.

Internal stairs lead to the first storey level with Targa and Hardtop with cedar and fibreglass ceiling. A remote helm enables you to steer down the Lake whilst enjoying the sun, the stars, and a BBQ. This area has a full set of clear and fly screens.

There is a 7.4lt V8 Mercruiser to power “Time Out”. The Solar Electrics have recently been upgraded with a new Victron Energy Multi Plus 3000watt Inverter/Charger System, a Victron Energy Smart Solar Charge Controller; 6 new Gel Batteries and 6 new Solar Panels. These are backed up by a Westerbeke 6.8kva Generator.

Slipped in 2018 with the Pontoons and Motor Leg serviced “Time Out” is ready to walk on for your family to enjoy this boating season on a full Lake Eildon.

Don’t miss out, she will not last long.
