The Pontoons are large and will only require sandblasting and painting. There are seven hatches to inspect the internal of the pontoons.

There are two Volvo Penta 4 cyl diesel Motors included. The Motor Legs are stored separately and are included. These motors come in a as is condition.

The Gunnells could be extended to make Tom’s Project a 20 feet wide houseboat. With the new size regulations, the rear deck could be extended to enhance this area.

A Design which incorporates rear lounge and at least 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms would command a good re-sale value.

Tom’s project DOES NOT come with a GMW Lake Eildon Houseboat License. This can be purchased separately.

The owners are prepared to consider 12 month’s rent free at the Lake Eildon Services Yard and a discount on transporting the houseboat up to the Lake, if the deal meets their expectations.

With the large windows and no internal walls, Tom’s Project is an open canvass. When purchasing a houseboat there are always pluses and minuses with the layout; if only it had this here and that there.
