This 3BR, Double Storey houseboat was built in 2008 by very experienced and respected houseboat builder, Peter van der Linden; it was exceptionally well fitted out to a very high standard with quality appliances.

To ensure your comfort, Arcadia is fitted with a comprehensive power system – New House Batteries (Narada REXC 1500 2v/500Ah© x 6) will handle all of your storage requirements. These are fed by 11 Solar Panels and an 8kva auto start Generator.

All the big ticket maintenance items have been completed; your family can walk onboard and start relaxing.
