Decadence = an abundance of good times in luxurious special surroundings.

This concept was very much the motivation for the building of Decadence in 2008. The best in construction, layout, design and décor to create something special.

With the composite aluminium external cladding and the large windows Decadence looks modern, fresh and inviting.

However, it is not until you walk onboard that you really experience the difference.

Is it the Caesar Stone Benchtops in the kitchen? The beautiful floor tiles? The brilliant white cabinetry? The white plaster blended with the beautiful cedar ceiling? The high quality furniture and appliances?

Then it hits you; it is all of this but more; the difference is the high ceiling which enables the large windows. It allows you to embrace the magic of Lake Eildon inside your holiday home; the views of the water, the forested hills, the clear blue skies; the magic of Lake Eildon.

With the master bedroom imagine waking up to these views. The bathroom with the twin vanities continues this high quality atmosphere. If you have to be in the kitchen, the views are something special. Relax in the rear lounge on quality Italian furniture and the double width opening rear doors open up magical views down the Lake.

The experience continues as the internal stairs take you to the first storey level. Sit back and take in the sun whilst sipping your favourite bubbles on the sun lounges. Or just imagine sitting up to dinner with good friends with this view.

Importantly the mechanical and electrics are of high quality to enable you to enjoy this experience. A powerful V8 Mercruiser motor assisted by a Bow Thruster will enable you to manoeuvre the houseboat without stress.

The Solar Electrics were redone in 2021 with twin high quality Victron Energy Multi-Plus 3000watt Inverter/Charger Systems and new OPZY 2-volt 1000amphr Gel Batteries. This is all backed up by a quality 8kva Onan Generator. There is plenty of reliable power on Decadence.

Slipped in May 2024 with a new GMW Compulsory Houseboat Inspection Report. The decks have all been redone and look great.
