Freestyle presents as a great holiday home for a family commencing the journey on magical Lake Eildon.

Firstly, with the external cladding and eaves of composite aluminium, she is bright and inviting.

Then for a family it has a very good layout with spaces for each generation to relax in.

The large windows in the front lounge make sitting up to the dining table a real pleasure as you take in the magnificent scenery. The kitchen is bright and well appointed, importantly with the Hisense Fridge/Freezer.

The second recreational space is the rear lounge with the double width rear doors embracing the rear deck and duckboard. The kids can watch the Tele or everyone is jumping into the water for a splash and swim or you might just sit back and take in the view.

Another plus for a family on Freestyle is the bedrooms and bathroom. Three bedrooms with a ¾ walkaround bed in the Master which has direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed for older children or guests. Then there is the bunkroom for the kids with three single beds. The bathroom is not tiny with plenty of room and the shower encompasses a hip bath for the kids.

Internal stairs are a big plus as you tend to use the upstairs space as another lounge. There are a canvass sun canopy and a full set of fly wire screens. Enjoy a BBQ or just relax enjoy the sun and the magical views sipping your favourite bubbles, especially at sunset with the sun’s rays dancing on the water.

The Solar Electrics have been upgraded with a Latronics 2000watt Inverter, 8 good sized solar panels feeding into a relatively large (for this sized houseboat) bank of batteries (12 x BSA Narada REX-400 2V400AH). More than enough power to keep the fridge/freezer going 24/7 and power this houseboat.

The motor is a dependable Volvo Penta 4cyl which has been regularly serviced. You can request a mechanical condition report (includes compression tests) on the motor as a condition of sale. Freestyle was slipped in 2023 with the pontoons serviced and a GMW CHIR issued.
