Kik Bak is a modern professionally built houseboat which was slipped in 2024. With the composite aluminium external cladding and the internal plaster ceilings Kik Bak is bright, fresh and inviting.

Kik Bak has the desired open plan layout with the side kitchen and rear lounge with the double width rear doors opening onto a spacious rear deck with hydraulic duckboard.

Master bedroom to the front with a queen walkaround front view bed. A bunk room of 4 single beds for the kids; the third bedroom is versatile with a single over double bed. These bedrooms are serviced by a very well presented bathroom.

Internal stairs take you to a great upstairs relaxation space under a full hardtop with cedar ceiling and side glass windows. There is a full set of flywire screens with clear screens stored for the front and rear. Importantly, to the front you can enjoy the sun on three quality sun lounges. Or you can sit up to dinner and take in the magical views of the Lake and Mountains.

Kik Bak is powered by a quality Mercruiser 4.3lt MPI V6 motor. Motor and Leg were serviced when out of the water in July 2024. Importantly there is a Bow Thruster to aide manoeuvrability.

Kik Bak has very good Solar Electrics with a quality Victron Energy 3000watt Inverter/Charger System; GNB Energy Store GEL Batteries x 6; all fed by 12 Solar Panels on the roof. This is all backed up by a quality Kohler 5kva Generator. There is plenty of good power to enable you to enjoy the experience.

It is only just coming up to 12 months since Kik Bak was out of the water having the pontoons serviced. A new GMW CHIR was issued. HCH S has photos on file of underneath Kik Bak from this time. The important thing to note is the big ticket maintenance items are UpToDate.
