The owner of “Love Affair” has had a beautiful love affair with Lake Eildon for a lifetime with so many special memories of the family and grandchildren growing up enjoying the magic together on their beautiful holiday home on the water.
Love Affair may have been built in the 1970’s but she has been very well cared for, and the technology has been upgraded along the journey.
Love Affair has catered for the whole family with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. This includes the Master Bedroom on the first storey level with a queen walkaround front view Bed. There is plenty of storage space with twin wardrobes plus there is the full ensuite and a nice touch is the R/C Air-conditioning. Then there is the Parent’s Retreat on the front deck or relaxing on the sun lounges on the rear deck.
At water level, Love Affair has a front lounge with a large couch and a dining setting seating 6. The Kitchen presents very well with the stone benchtops, large fridge/freezer and the New World Oven, Grill and Cooktop.
The rear deck will be a favourite for the family with the hydraulic duckboard to have fun splashing in the water. The sun awning will make it comfortable keeping the hot afternoon sun off the back deck.
On those balmy summer evenings, a BBQ on the top deck will be special as you watch a brilliant sunset followed by a magnificent chandelier of stars.
Love Affair is powered by a Mercruiser Quicksilver 3.0TKS 4 Cylinder Motor. The solar electrics have been upgraded with the quality Outback Inverter, Outback Flexmac Solar Charge Controller, Lithium House Batteries all being fed by the 6 Solar Panels. The system is backed up by a Yamaha EF3000ise Generator. Please note, the owner has Love Affair booked in for the servicing of the pontoons for early February; a new GMW CHIR will be issued after these works.
