The kids are growing up too quickly and its time to spend quality time together making those special memories that will bond a family for a lifetime. Nova ticks the boxes as a great family holiday home on the water of magical Lake Eildon.

Firstly, there is the rear lounge opening onto the rear deck with hydraulic duckboard. An important space to enjoy the water, going for a swim or dangling in a line to catch a giant Murray Cod.

Secondly, important good houseboat design is to have a relaxation/entertainment space for each generation. On Nova the upstairs lounge is a feature. This area was added in 2019 (by Status Luxury Houseboats) and provides an all year round relaxation/entertainment space behind tinted glass sliding windows and rear stacker doors. On a warm day open the windows and doors to let the breeze off the water throughout the houseboat. A change in the weather, simply close the windows and doors and sit on the beautiful Kings Couches watching the TV with the vented gas heater going.

The kitchenette and the BBQ enable you to prepare dinners to be enjoyed on the lovely dining setting with very comfortable chairs. The rear stacker doors open onto the rear deck, importantly with enough space to enjoy the sun or cocktails as you watch a stunning sunset with the sun’s ray dancing on the water.

To easily accommodate the family there are three bedrooms. The Master has a Queen walkaround Bed with wardrobes plus a cupboard with vanity mirror. The second bedroom has a double over double bed bunk with front view and concertina door for privacy. The third bedroom is for the kids with 2 x 2 single beds bunks. These are services by a good sized bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. The hot water is supplied by an instantaneous Bosch Hydropower Gas Hot Water Service.

With the upgrade in 2019 a third pontoon was added to take the extra weight. Nova sits well in the water with good buoyancy. Further in 2019 the electrics were upgraded with a new Kohler Generator installed; a Victron Energy Multi-Plus 3000watt Inverter/Charger System; a smart Victron Energy Solar Charge Controller and four 300watt Solar Panels. Important to note is the current owners have recently installed new Lithium 300-300Ah house batteries x 4. Nova has very good solar electrics.
