Royadie is designed to embrace the magic of Lake Eildon in style and comfort whatever the season whilst presenting a high quality family holiday home on the water.

One of the early new super sized houseboats, Royadie was built in 2014 by Brown’s Engineering, a highly respected reputable and experienced houseboat builder.

Royadie is bright, fresh and inviting with the external cladding of composite aluminium, polished fibreglass and on the first storey level fibreglass. This blends perfectly with the large, tinted windows. The stainless steel gunnels and trim provide a touch of bling to the presentation. Internally there are high ceilings enabling the large windows which allow you to embrace the magnificent scenery.

Royadie has very good houseboat design for a family holiday home. Walk on board and feel the spaciousness with the beautiful side kitchen with the Caesar Stone benchtops and high quality appliances. This flows into a spacious rear lounge and with the bi-fold doors this extends to the rear deck with the large hydraulic duckboard.

To comfortably fit all the family on board, especially at holiday times, when the kids invite their friends, there are 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Importantly there is the Master Bedroom with king sized walkaround front view Bed and full ensuite. Both bathrooms are impressive, both fully tiled, large mirrors, beautiful vanities plus floor heating for the chillier times of the year.

The dining setting is a special feature with the table top being a single slab of Murray River Red Gum. French Oak internal stairs take you to a great entertainment/relaxation space on the first storey level.

Open up the front and rear double opening doors and embrace the open feeling in Summer or the Winter can be magnificent behind the glass windows. Relax on the front bench seats with cushions or take in the sun on the rear deck. A feature is the retractable sun roof. Open it up on a still clear summer’s night and you will feel like you can touch the chandelier of stars; simply magnificent.

Royadie has all the latest technology. Firstly, there is the 5.0lt V8 Mercruiser Motor to power you to your favourite inlet on the Lake. There are front & rear Thrusters to aide manoeuvrability and take away the stress when returning to the marina pen. With Solar Electrics there is the state of the art Selectronic SP PRO Series 48volt Inverter/Charger System. There are 24 x 2v 830 AHR Gel Batteries. These are fed by 10 x 220watt Solar Panels. The system is backed up by a quality Onan 7.5kva marine diesel Generator. There is plenty of Power especially when you need to run the two R/C Air-Conditioners.

Royadie was out of the water late last year with the pontoons, motor leg and hydraulic duckboard serviced. A new GMW Compulsory Houseboat Inspection Report was issued.
