With the full fiberglass mono-hull, the Ramsay can be used on brackish or sale water with minimal maintenance compared to a houseboat with steel pontoons.
Sequester is in good original condition and has seen upgrades to the solar electric system with 2000watt Inverter, 4 solar panels and 3 x 120AH house batteries. Sequester has 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 5 in beds plus the rear couch can click down into another bed. The bathroom has shower with hip bath and vanity. The toilet is separate and internal. Importantly the kitchen has a Dometic electric Fridge/Freezer.
Upstairs you can enjoy the sun or a BBQ sitting around the outdoor dining setting under the canopy.
The only item NOT WORKING is the MOTOR. After all these years it has seen better days. The new owner will have to find a new power source.
