The owners of this houseboat when building and then naming her “Signature” were certainly making a statement about their values, principles, and integrity.

They engaged professional houseboat builder Anchorage Houseboats to build their dream Houseboat Holiday Home. They also engaged Interior Designer, Lisa Larkin, to ensure that everything looks just right with the décor, furniture, fittings, and layout of this special holiday home.

As mentioned, Signature was built in 2020 by Anchorage Houseboats. Signature is 60ft in length plus hydraulic duckboard and 20ft in width. She has too many extras to name so ask for the “Sales Information Sheet”. Signature has the modern open plan at water level with the side kitchen and spacious rear lounge with the rear stacker doors opening to embrace the rear deck and the magnificent view over the water.

Signature is very much built for a family with 5 bedrooms. These include two bunk rooms with 4 king single beds in each and two bedrooms with queen walkaround beds. There are two beautiful bathrooms to service these bedrooms.

Then there is the Master Bedroom with a king sized front view walkaround bed. Plus, full Ensuite; Plus, Walk in Robe; Plus, Parents Retreat to the front.

Important to houseboat design is having a relaxation/entertainment space for each generation. Signature certainly captures this with the Al Fresco area to the rear of the First Storey Level.

But there is more with the magnificent layout on the Top Deck. You feel as though you are on top of the world; the views down the Lake are simply magnificent. Enjoy the sun on the luxury Daybeds or imagine watching the Chandelier of Stars on a balmy Summer’s Night.

When talking about making a statement by naming the houseboat Signature, well this means something especially when you look at the technology on this houseboat. Where do I start; front and rear Thrusters; top of the range Solar Electrics with a Selectronic SP PRO Series Inverter/Charger System; Victron Energy Smart Solar Charge Controller; 14 large Solar Panels on the roof; then the latest Power-Plus ECO484OP x 16 Lithium Batteries.
