As you can see from the photos Top Gun has had a big birthday. The external cladding and eaves have been replaced with Composite Aluminium. The new stainless steel guardrails give her a lot of bling. The decks have all be rejuvenated and freshly stained. Upstairs has the new vinyl matting on the decks; not only looks great but is excellent on the feet and easy to maintain. Then there is the new hydraulic duckboard.

Internally Top Gun looks fantastic, you will love the décor with new flooring, new carpet, updated kitchen with new fridge and all the tasteful new furniture.

Then upstairs is the wonderful spacious parents retreat with king sized walkaround bed with views all around. As you would expect there is a full ensuite. A quiet spot on the rear deck and relax enjoying the sun with a glass of your favourite wine on the front deck.

Most importantly with the big birthday for Top Gun the solar electrics have been upgraded. There is a top of the range Victron Energy Multi-Plus 3000watt Inverter/Charger System and a Victron Energy Smart Solar Charge Controller. The 6 solar panels feed a bank of quality Gel Batteries (6). The Kings 3500i Generator is there to back up the system if you should require it.
