With the New Year it is time to re-present a great family holiday home with important new information.

X-BOX has just been slipped (Nov 2025) with the pontoons & motor leg serviced, maintenance updated and a new GMW CHIR issued.

Most importantly, the BIG-TICKET Maintenance Items have just been completed; you can walk onboard and enjoy X-BOX for the next 5 plus years.

X-BOX is a GMW Category 6 Houseboat built to the maximum size of 60feet + duckboard in length and 24 feet in width.

X-BOX was gutted and completely rebuilt in 2021; effectively X-BOX became a brand new houseboat in 2021.

Importantly this included a New Mercruiser 300 6.2lt motor; a New Cummins Onan Marine 13.5kva Generator; a New large, State of the Art, Victron Energy Quattro 10,000watt Inverter/Charger System and 18 New Solar Panels. These important items are only 5 years old with little use.

The X-BOX package presents as a vibrant, fresh, and inviting holiday home which ticks many boxes in the design and layout to ensure your family will enjoy many great times together on magical Lake Eildon.

The rear open lounge with the stacker glass doors feels so much larger as you take in the spacious rear deck with the large hydraulic duckboard. Here there is a great lounge for one generation to relax and be entertained with their favourite shows on the large screen TV.

Then there is the first storey level with another great lounge with the large windows. You will find a special feature entertainment bar. Imagine sitting around this chatting and taking in the magnificent views down the Lake; breathtaking.

As a great family holiday home X-BOX provides 4 very good sized bedrooms. The three bedrooms at water level all provide Queen walkaround Beds. A central extremely well appointed Bathroom services these bedrooms. Then there is the Master Bedroom upstairs providing a King front view Bed with full Ensuite. There is a Parent’s Retreat to enjoy quiet times just reading a book or taking in the sunshine.
