The owner is a philanthropist who has donated to charities in health, education and community support for 30+ years.

He and his family have enjoyed the magic of Lake Eildon for many years (a lifetime) on his beloved Kimberley Jane.

In appreciation of this, he is offering his much loved Kimberley Jane for Sale with all funds from the sale to be donated to selected charities in health and education.

ITEM FOR SALE: –

• The Houseboat Kimberley Jane comes with Vic Roads Registration and GMW Lake Eildon Houseboat Licence (paid until 30 June 2023 and valued at approx. $100,000).
• Kimberley Jane will be sold WIWO. This means all furniture, fittings, appliances and other items listed on the HCHS Kimberley Jane Sales Information Sheet (copy available on request) come with the houseboat.
• Lake Eildon Marina Fee, paid up until 30 June 2023.

Kimberley-Jane, is a rare classic Ramsay style houseboat.

Kimberley Jane is much loved as having only had one owner for her wonderful journey on Lake Eildon. Many tales could be told of the great memories created.

The kitchen is fitted with a Miele cooktop and Samsung fridge/freezer and has been fitted with a breakfast bar/island for casual meals or additional bench space.

A gorgeous retro internal spiral staircase leads to the upper level to access the master bedroom and outdoor balcony where you could happily sit and watch the sunset with a cool drink in hand.

Kimberley Jane is powered by twin inboard Volvo Penta engines that will provide more than enough power to get you to your next destination. There are rumours that people actually skied behind her in the early days.

House Batteries and Motor start batteries are charged by a modest 2 solar panel system.

The owner will be sad to see Kimberley-Jane move on, however after 50 years it is time for a new family to make many more special memories.
